For instance, in Michael’s June 23, 2008, research report that was published on the OnlineFinancialSector.com he predicted that Think or Swim Group (NASDAQ:SWIM) would “be acquired by one of its competitors if its shares do not go back to at least $12 within 12 months”. With its shares still trading at under $12 in early January of 2009, Think or Swim announced that it was being acquired by Ameritrade. On the announcement the price of its shares increased by over 40%.
